Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. General Principle
Due to the nature of digital content and services, returns, refunds, and pro-rated refunds after payment has been completed are, as a rule, not accepted.
2. TMS 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Customers using TMS (our website design and operation service) for the first time are provided with a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.” If you are not satisfied within thirty (30) days of the service commencement date, we will, subject to the conditions set out below, refund in full the TMS service fees you have already paid.
- Eligibility — Customers subscribing to TMS for the first time (limited to the initial contract, once only).
- Claim Period — Within thirty (30) days of the service commencement date (the date of the first payment).
- Scope of Refund — The full amount of TMS service fees paid during the period. However, items procured or registered on your behalf at actual cost (third-party charges such as domain registration fees) are excluded from the refund.
- How to Claim — Please notify us through the My Page inquiry function or the inquiry form, stating that you are submitting a “TMS 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee claim.”
This guarantee applies as an overriding exception to Section 1 (Basic Principles); after the thirty (30) days have elapsed, the general provisions of these terms shall apply.
3. How to Cancel and Stopping the Next Charge
- You may cancel at any time from "Service Management" in My Page.
- If you complete cancellation by the day before your next billing date (renewal date), you will not be charged from the following cycle onward.
- After cancellation, you may continue to use the service until the period you have already paid for ends.
4. Handling by Service

5. Refunds Due to Our Fault
If we are unable to provide the service for reasons attributable to us, we will refund the corresponding period after individual consultation.
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund is confirmed, it is processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. For credit cards, the actual posting date follows the card issuer policy.

8. Related Policies
This policy applies together with Article 6 of the Terms of Service and the Disclosure Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. In case of any discrepancy, the latter takes precedence.
