Sites in this field have three kinds of readers: job seekers looking for work, company representatives looking for talent, and people wondering whether to work at the company itself. Many sites mix information for all three on a single page, so it reaches no one well. In this sample, the very first screen splits the entrance into three, so visitors know where to go before they scroll.

One more point: sites in this field are almost always built on photos of smiling businesspeople. But job seekers and companies alike arrive with anxieties. Will the pay really come through? Will people really show up? Those worries do not disappear with a photo.

So this sample puts numbers first — retention rate, paid-leave usage rate, average length of continued employment — and even states how many days it takes from registration to starting work. Not a single smiling photo is used in the main visual.

We also prepared a dedicated page for the six items whose disclosure is required by the Worker Dispatch Act (margin rate, number of dispatched workers, number of client companies, training, labor-management agreement, and welfare benefits). Many companies handle these with a small link in the footer; here they are placed front and center, including the margin-rate formula and its breakdown. In an actual project, these six items are designed to be entered per office from the admin panel, so nothing is left out at the yearly update.

The site also supports PWA, so it can be added to a smartphone home screen like an app.
