VosCMS Update News — Blog, Multilingual SEO, Security, and Stability Improvements

Great news for everyone who supports VosCMS. This update brings major improvements to the site blog, multilingual SEO, security and spam protection, and the stability of the update system. Here are the key points.

1. Site Blog Feature Added

You can now run a full blog on your VosCMS site. Post, category, and tag management, featured images, and RSS are all included — in fact, the very blog you're reading right now was built with this feature.

• 13-language multilingual support — titles, body text, tags, categories, and even SEO are displayed per language
• Comments, likes, and sharing — native sharing (KakaoTalk, LINE, Instagram, and more), LINE, X, Facebook, and copy link
• View counts and a home slider widget — showcase your latest posts in a horizontal slider on the home page
• Header and sidebar customization — background images and videos, plus widget configuration

2. Enhanced Multilingual SEO

We've fully applied hreflang so that sites running in multiple languages are properly indexed in search.

• Automatic generation of a self-referencing canonical + 13-language hreflang for every page
• Per-language index URLs (?lang=xx) that search engines recognize individually
• Duplicate default-language URLs are normalized with a 301 to eliminate wasted crawling, and blog posts are included in the sitemap

3. Security & Spam Protection

We've expanded the coverage of reCAPTCHA v3 (adding blog comments on top of sign-up, login, forums, and inquiries). On top of that, an invisible honeypot provides a first line of defense against bot comments even before keys are configured.

4. Update System Stability

We've fundamentally fixed the issue where updates would fail silently. Now, if an update fails to apply — due to permissions, for example — it no longer pretends to have succeeded; it displays a clear error and automatically rolls back. The service application and pricing screens have also been consolidated into one for greater clarity.
