AI hosting is the cost of running your RAG system in a space of your own. Your data sits only there, connections from outside are blocked, and nothing is sent out. We quote it against the AI you use, then keep it flat.

What you give us is processed on our own servers and nowhere else. Not ChatGPT, not Gemini. That is why you can start with the documents you least want leaving the building.

Because it runs on our own servers, what you are billed does not move with how much you use it. Anyone renting someone else's AI cannot make the same promise.
Cost
How much material you hold, and what you want built, differ every time. So we do not set a price in advance. We listen first, then quote.
AI usage and server costs are inside the monthly fee. No separate bill arrives later.
What "AI hosting" means
It is the running cost of the AI server your RAG system lives on — a space that is yours alone, holding your data.
- Each company runs on its own — your space never mixes with another customer's
- Connections from outside are blocked
- Nothing is sent out — the material it learned from and the exchanges it had stay inside that space
- It can also sit inside a closed network with no route to the internet
Worth saying up front
- Accuracy depends on the state of your material. We will not claim a figure. We measure it against your real questions and show you what we find.
- We can also build a small one first, so you can see it work before deciding.
- Builds in the tens of thousands of documents, or links into core systems, are a separate conversation.
- Your material is used only to build the thing. We are glad to sign an NDA.
