Rezly X Dental DX — dental-clinic DX that links booking, medical questionnaire and the in-clinic chair board

Rezly X Dental DX is a booking-centred DX solution for dental clinics. The clinic runs a website under its own brand, and web booking, the online questionnaire, the in-clinic chair board and the next appointment (recall) are all joined into one line. It runs on VosCMS, the CMS core THEVOS develops in-house.

Main features

1. Web booking, open 24 hours — in three steps

• Identity check — name and phone number are matched against visit history, so first visits and return visits are guided differently
• Booking details — free slots shown on a calendar; full slots cannot be selected, so no phone call is needed to sort it out
• Questionnaire — symptoms, pain level, medical history, current medication and allergies, all before arrival

2. Online medical questionnaire

Nothing has to be filled in on the day, so the first visit itself becomes shorter. History, medication and allergies are in hand beforehand, which brings the safety check forward too.

3. In-clinic chair board (for staff)

• In treatment / waiting / finished today / booked today for every chair, on one screen
• Shows at a glance which patient is waiting for the dentist to check, and whether anyone has been kept waiting
• Suggests the next appointment from the same weekday and time slot — in 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, or at recall

4. Built to follow medical advertising guidelines

• Private (non-insured) treatment is presented in a price table that states cost, duration and number of visits, and the main risks together
• Patient testimonials are not published — and the reason they are not is stated on the page
• From the posting of facility standards to online eligibility verification, the notices on the clinic wall go straight onto the web

5. The groundwork for easy visits (VosCMS core)

It runs on our own CMS, with pages, members, widgets and 13 languages. Text-size switching (normal / large / extra large), dark mode and Add to Home Screen (PWA) are all supported, so the information stays readable for elderly patients too.
